Meet Charlotte...

I am a Level Three qualified in Children and Young People's Workforce, with over 12 years of experience working with children under six years old. Throughout my career, I’ve worked in various settings, including primary schools, childminders, and private nurseries. Since 2017, I’ve been in my current role, where I am passionate about building and nurturing strong relationships with both children and their families. I get such joy in watching children grow, develop, and blossom into confident, independent learners.

 

In addition to my professional life, I am a proud mother of two children, Millie, and Albie. Being a mummy is my greatest joy, and it was through attending Story Sense sessions with my children that I truly fell in love with the program. Watching their little faces light up with joy, love, and excitement during these sessions was an unforgettable experience.

 

I bring a wealth of personal experience to my role, including expertise in breastfeeding, cloth nappies, baby-led weaning, and baby carriers. My passion for supporting other parents has also led me to become a breastfeeding peer supporter.

 

I can hardly believe that I have been running Story Sense for a year now! I absolutely love leading the classes and witnessing the children’s confidence and development grow week by week. I feel incredibly fortunate to do what I love every day!
